Job summary

Stan Weaver & Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Jacksonville to support daily warehouse operations and provide excellent customer service for pick-up orders. This non-exempt role requires forklift operation, accurate inventory handling, and adherence to safety policies.

The position involves organizing shipments, using courier software, and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace with attention to detail. Training opportunities offered within a growing national company.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Valid Forklift Certification or the ability to obtain certification at hire.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate Forklift.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking inventory in the warehouse.
• Arrange transportation of products using the courier’s software.
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory space and workstations neat and hazard-free.
• Data entry, scanning documents, managing spreadsheets.
• Perform inventory as necessary.
• Assist with building maintenance as necessary.
• Promote a safe working environment by following OSHA and company safety policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
