Job summary

CJ Logistics America in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Forklift Operator. You will operate forklifts and EPJs to move and store products, supporting loading, unloading, picking and order consolidation in a safety-focused warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months forklift/warehouse experience, can lift 60 lbs, and bring reliability, team spirit and a positive work ethic. Training and competitive benefits are provided with this full-time role.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
• Bonus for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.
• Team player with strong work ethic.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the correct bays to keep warehouse moving.
• Perform other duties as needed within training and scope.
