Job summary

Congruex in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, distribute, and track materials while supporting daily warehouse operations. Coordinate inventory movement and maintain accurate records to ensure a safe, organized warehouse and yard environment for field operations, vendors, and internal teams.

This role requires a valid driver's license and forklift certification, with preference for prior warehouse or logistics experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials, tools, and supplies and verify order contents for accuracy.
• Track and maintain inventory using manual and computerized inventory systems.
• Load, unload, move, and distribute equipment, materials, and supplies using forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment, including promptly addressing spills and other hazards.
• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on warehouse and yard equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel and internal teams to support efficient daily operations and resolve inventory or operational issues.
