Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and coordinate shipments for customers and local providers. You will manage inventory, load and unload freight with a forklift, and ensure supplies and safety practices are in place.

This on-site role offers day shifts, with potential overtime and weekends as needed. The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and strong organizational skills, with competitive hourly pay and benefits kick-in from DAY

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.
Strong safety awareness and use of resources to perform all functions safely.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.
