Job summary

Trane Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to keep our warehouse running at peak efficiency. You will be the main contact for warehouse movement and customer interactions, handling inbound/outbound shipments and stocking inventory for smooth operations.

You will operate power industrial equipment, maintain supplies, and support overtime/weekend coverage. Eligible benefits start day one, with a strong safety culture and team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven forklift experience and warehouse know-how.
• Safety-minded with strong planning and organization skills.
• Solid communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for warehouse movement and for customers and local transportation providers.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load/unload freight using power industrial vehicles (forklift).
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies for effective operation.
• Overtime/weekends and on-call shifts may be required.
