Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse team, ensuring accurate inbound/outbound shipments, inventory organization, and safe operation of a forklift and related equipment. The role is on-site, Monday–Friday with potential weekend work and overtime as needed.

You will be the primary liaison for warehouse movement, customer interactions, and local transport coordination, applying strong organizational skills and a focus on safety and reliability in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.
• Uphold safety and operational guidelines in all tasks.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proven team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required
