Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Cedar Falls, IA. You will assist with incoming freight, ensure products reach the sales floor, and perform duties across departments, including forklift use and pallet handling.

Qualifications include strong communication, prior retail experience, and reliability for evening shifts and weekends. A background check is required. Eligible benefits begin after 91 days of full-time employment.

• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area.
• Use a forklift.
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet.
• Load product into customer’s vehicles.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
