Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Warehouse/Operations associate to accurately receive and manage inventory, pick and pack orders, and coordinate with Dashers in a fast-paced environment.

You will use scanners, maintain safety standards, and assist with light food prep where needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ age, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED and age 18+
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Willing to learn and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in retail, customer service, food and beverage is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Weekday/weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and manage inventory, ensuring accuracy and freshness
• Pick, pack, and sort orders; use scanners to stage for Dashers
• Communicate with customers via the app for substitutions
• Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness
• Coordinate runners and Dashers; assist with parking lot management
• Assist in light food preparation where applicable
