Job summary

Sephora’s Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN, is hiring a Warehouse Associate. You will safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away and ship product to Sephora stores and online customers, following SOPs and safety rules.

You’ll work with RF terminals, learn the warehouse layout, and collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate orders and timely shipments. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with potential shift differential; benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations and order fulfillment.
• Ability to learn layout and use RF devices.
• Basic math and accuracy in counting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock product following SOPs.
• Pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders.
• Follow safety rules and report violations.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility.
• Provide high quality customer service internally/externally.
