Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. in Avon, Indiana, at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center, seeks a Warehouse Associate to safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away and ship Sephora orders for stores and online customers.

You will work in a fast-paced DC, with emphasis on safety, accuracy and teamwork. Familiarity with WMS picking procedures and RF terminals is a plus. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with potential shift differential depending on schedule.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures.
• Ability to operate RF terminals.
• Basic math skills.
• Willingness to cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, shipping.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock product, and pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders to both retail stores and online customers.
• Follow all safety rules and report violations to supervision.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards.
