Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and prepare items for shipping at our Houston facility. You will print labels, inspect products, and use equipment to efficiently handle orders. A background in warehouse work and basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities include quality checks, inventory tasks, and maintaining a clean workspace. Training and opportunities for growth are provided in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to perform physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• May operate a forklift or order picker for picking orders.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Affix proper shipping labels and ensure accuracy of outbound shipments.
