Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick/pack orders, print labels, and inspect products for accuracy and quality. You will use equipment to efficiently prepare shipments and support receiving duties as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computing skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma and a background/drug screen are required or preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth and safety-focused training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Attention to detail required.
• Background and drug screen required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct items are loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker if required.
• Pack orders for various carriers and apply shipping labels.
• Record product, packaging, and order information.
• Support inventory/cycle counts and maintain a clean work area.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/IATA/IMDG labeling and inspections.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor and maintain safety standards.
