Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick/pack orders, print labels, and inspect products for shipping. You may operate a forklift or order picker as needed to fulfill orders and maintain accuracy and quality.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities include recording order data, labeling shipments, and supporting inventory counts while keeping the work area clean and inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker when required.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information; apply shipping labels.
• Inspect containers and packing per specifications; report variances.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and keep area clean and organized.
