Job summary

DFA is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin to support shipping, receiving, and material handling. You will be loading/unloading trailers, moving pallets, and stocking materials to ensure timely production and delivery to customers.

The role requires teamwork, accuracy in record keeping, and ability to operate within GMP and safety standards. A high school diploma and relevant warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products in trailers.
• Distribute pallets from palletizer to trailers and staging areas.
• Stage materials for production.
• Move product and materials within facility (plant and/or cooler).
• Receive materials for warehouse storage.
• Supply packaging material and hulls to line as needed.
• Maintain pallet supply for palletizer.
• Rotate packaging and ingredients using FIFO.
• Complete all required paperwork clearly and accurately.
• Document information per SOPs and company records.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes (continuous improvement).
• Report food safety and quality issues to management.
