Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment is preferred but not required.
• Forklift certifications through F&D when available.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above-and-beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Load out customers with the correct product and restock show floor.
• Organize merchandise to company standards for easy shopping.
• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions.
• Be available to help in other areas of the store as needed.
