Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Arvada store. Responsibilities include unloading, auditing, and staging products, completing receiving paperwork, and ensuring accurate inventory rotation.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience and forklift certification, with strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varying weather and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Attentive to detail.
• Able to work in varied weather conditions.
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and deadlines.
• Available for extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation in the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Follow safe lifting practices and SOPs; complete required training (forklift certified).
