Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience and customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery (forklifts or farm equipment) preferred but not required.
• Completion of forklift certifications through Floor & Decor.
• Where state law allows, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and follow safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Restock show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards for easy shopping.
• Load out customers with the correct product and assist in locating items.
• Assist in other store areas as needed and keep area clean and safe.
