Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Louisville, KY location. You will compile orders, replenish merchandise, and move items on the floor or to customers’ vehicles while maintaining safety and accuracy on every task.

You will interact with customers, check inventory, and operate a forklift in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills required.
• Warehouse and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or certification through Floor & Decor required where state law allows.
• Drug test may be required where permitted by state law.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through Floor & Decor.

Responsibilities

• Compile customer orders and replenish shelves.
• Move merchandise on floor and to customer vehicles.
• Check inventory and assist customers.
• Operate forklift in a safe, compliant manner.
• Restock show floor and organize merchandise.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Support other store areas as needed.
