Position Details:

• Pay starts at $17 an hour plus incentive (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

Position Purpose:

Warehouse associates are essential to our success. They work safely and independently to ensure the efficient flow of products, support shipping and receiving functions, and maintain quality standards within the warehouse.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing warehouse duties such as forklift operation, order selection, loading, receiving, and sanitation
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, reporting unsafe conditions
• Conducting safety checks on equipment
• Handling damaged items and batteries, following safety policies
• Preparing for daily operations, using PPE, meeting productivity standards
• Securing equipment and completing paperwork
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift (10-90 pounds), and work in various temperature environments
• Pass drug test and background check
