Warehouse Associate (3rd Shift)

Description:

At our distribution warehouse in Norwood, MA, the operations team ensures product orders are picked, prepared, and loaded onto trucks efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Associate, expect to be active and busy during your shift, with perks like an onsite refrigerator with free Gatorade, a $150 boot allowance, and guaranteed annual pay increases.

Shift Available: 3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 pm to 6:30 am

Bonus: $300 at 30 days, $400 at 60 days, and $500 upon union joining (estimated 4 months of work)

Responsibilities:

• Pick cases to pallet or conveyor and/or from warehouse shelves manually or with a forklift
• Unload trucks and move products using a forklift or electric pallet jack
• Load trucks efficiently for delivery
• Follow verbal instructions from management
• Work safely, adhering to OSHA standards and federal/state regulations
• Comply with M.S Walker PPE standards

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to follow safety guidelines
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating warehouse equipment like forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks is preferred; training available for qualified candidates
• Ability to recognize and distinguish products visually and in writing
• Physical requirements include prolonged walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 45 lbs repeatedly
