Warehouse Associate Part-Time (3rd Shift)

Working at our distribution warehouse in Norwood, MA, the operations team ensures all product orders are picked, prepared, and loaded onto trucks efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Associate, expect to be on your feet and busy throughout your shift, with perks like an onsite refrigerator with free Gatorade, a $150 boot allowance, and guaranteed annual pay increases.

Shift Available: 3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday 8:00 pm to 12:00 am OR Monday - Thursday 10:00 pm - 2:00 am

* Bonus: $300 at 30 days, $400 at 60 days, and $500 upon joining the Union (estimated 4 months of work)

Responsibilities:

• Pick cases to pallet or conveyor and/or from warehouse shelves by hand or with a forklift
• Unload trucks and move product throughout the warehouse using a forklift or electric pallet jack
• Load trucks with picked product efficiently for delivery
• Take and understand verbal directions from management
• Work safely and efficiently, adhering to OSHA standards and regulations
• Comply with M.S Walker, Inc. PPE standards

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old and able to follow all safety guidelines
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience operating warehouse equipment preferred; training provided for suitable candidates
• Ability to recognize and distinguish product visually and in writing
• Physical requirements include long periods of walking, standing, bending, and heavy lifting, with ability to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly
