Position Purpose:

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. As a Warehouse Worker, you will support shipping and/or receiving activities within our warehouse.

This position involves working exclusively in the freezer, performing shipping and/or receiving functions, maintaining inventory and work areas, observing safety regulations, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Performing general warehouse duties such as forklift put-away, pallet breakdown, order selection, loading, and receiving.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, reporting unsafe conditions.
• Conducting safety checks on equipment.
• Handling damaged items and ensuring proper procedures.
• Replacing and inspecting batteries for equipment.
• Reviewing work schedules and preparing for operations.
• Wearing all required PPE and safety gear.
• Meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
• Securing equipment and completing paperwork.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly, lifting between 10-90 pounds
• Comfortable working in a freezer environment
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check
