Our Warehouse Associates - Product Support Associates are TEAM members within the Bob’s Discount Furniture organization, playing a vital role by ensuring Stores receive and stage merchandise in line with the Company’s core values and creative vision. They assist Stores in achieving sales expectations by maintaining warehouse safety, showroom merchandising standards, and inventory guidelines, and performing day-to-day back-end operations according to Company policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and ship merchandise, observing all guidelines to limit shrink
• Stage showroom and outlet merchandise per visual guidelines
• Assemble merchandise carefully to minimize damage
• Coordinate and prepare unsold merchandise for shipping
• Assist with customer product pickups
• Participate in inventory activities
• Exhibit The Bob’s Way in customer interactions
• Maintain safety standards
• Keep warehouse and showroom clean
• Assist with Café duties as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible 5-day retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in teams and follow instructions
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift and move objects
• Contribute to the store’s success
