Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes, and logistics documentation.
• Proficiency in warehouse and transportation systems and operational recordkeeping.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Ability to process routine and moderately complex activities within established procedures.
• Preferred: CSCP certification or equivalent.

Job description

Role Overview:

Support distribution services by verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement. Update logistics systems with transaction details, track fleet activity, and prepare documentation for dispatch and shipping. Review routine delivery exceptions, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability issues to maintain operational efficiency.
