Role Overview:

Support distribution services by verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement. Update logistics systems with transaction details and track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movements to support schedule adherence and issue resolution. Prepare necessary documentation for dispatch and shipping processes, review routine exceptions such as deliveries and inventory discrepancies, and confirm handling and storage requirements to maintain traceability and prevent loss.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse workflows, logistics documentation, and operational record-keeping.
• Proficiency with warehouse and transportation systems, loss prevention, and operational controls.
