Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver for the Hillsboro, OR location. The role combines warehouse duties with a delivery component, potentially up to half of the time.

You will receive, stock, pick, and ship materials, operate forklifts, and perform routine vehicle inspections. The position requires a valid driver’s license, 21+ years of age, and forklift certification. No CDL is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver’s license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and SOPs; maintain safe work environment
• Receive materials and verify quantities against packing lists
• Stock incoming orders and report freight damage
• Prepare branch orders for shipment and ensure correct items
• Process shipment paperwork and apply proper postage and labeling
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment as required
• Load deliveries and inspect delivery vehicle
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Assist in delivering products to customers and branches
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report repairs
• Comply with DOT and state driving laws
• Complete delivery documentation including receipts and packing lists
• Assist in other branch tasks as needed
