Job summary

No CDL is required and a valid driver's license is essential. Candidates should be 21+ with a reliable driving record and the ability to lift and move heavy items while following DOT rules.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Forklift/hand truck/pallet jack certification preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Pre-employment and MVR review required
• Non-expired medical certificate within 30 days of hire
• No suspended license in past 3 years
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• High School or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently fill customer orders and stock shelves
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing lists
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct shipments
• Process shipment paperwork and load vehicles
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment as needed
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean and maintained
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Deliver products to customers, branches, and suppliers as required
• Assist in training entry-level drivers and provide mentorship
• May support counter sales or customer support as needed
• Adhere to DOT and local driving laws and safety procedures
• Complete all required documentation at time of delivery
