Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver for our Platt team in Hillsboro, OR. The role combines warehouse duties with delivering products to customers and branch locations, up to 50% of the time.

No CDL is required, and the job emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient order fulfillment. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, and operating warehouse equipment while complying with DOT and state laws.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety procedures and EH&S rules and address safety concerns.
• Receive material and verify quantity/description against packing list.
• Keep incoming orders stocked and report freight damage claims.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct product is shipped.
• Operate forklift/reach truck/wire cutting machine when required.
• Load and unload vehicles; inspect and maintain equipment.
• Maintain daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicle clean and serviced.
• Adhere to DOT/local driving laws and regulations.
• Travel to offsite locations as needed for deliveries.
• Participate in training of entry-level drivers and mentor others.
