Job summary

Heritage Landscape Supply Group in Middleton, ID is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver. Responsibilities include stocking, order fulfillment, forklift-friendly handling, and providing support for daily shipping and receiving.

The role also requires backup driving for non-regulated vehicles and maintaining safety and organization in the warehouse. The position emphasizes physical work, moving heavy products, and following PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical card.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification preferred (training after hire).
• Able to pass drug screen, driving screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Assist customers on phone and in person, including order entry.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up, UPS shipment, or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming/outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report damaged or missing items.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory verification.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines.
• Backup driver for non-regulated vehicles.
