Job summary

The Kendall Group in Lansing, MI is seeking a Warehouse Associate (backup driver). You will receive, store, and distribute inventory, pick and pack orders, and help maintain a clean, safe warehouse.

You may assist with counter sales or deliveries, operate forklift or hand trucks, and participate in cycle counts. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to grow, with training and safety protocols in place.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT medical exam and obtain 1-year card.
• Ability to use barcode scanners and standard warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute inventory; pick, pack and ship orders.
• Load and unload trucks; assist with deliveries as needed.
• Operate forklift or hand trucks; participate in cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse; report issues.
