The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, standing for long periods, and using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks. A high school diploma and 1 year of warehouse experience are preferred; English literacy and basic math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English; bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations.
• Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
