Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise.
• Match numbers, quantities, manifests with merchandise.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments, returns, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking, and WMS.
• Store/retrieve merchandise from shelves and racks.
• Load/unload trailers and freight, ensuring items are protected.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via scanning and auditing.
• Rebox, relabel, and prepare merchandise for shipment or placement.
• Handle warranty items, recalls, non-stock items, and vendor returns as policy.
• Follow hazardous material handling per safety standards.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report promptly.
• Comply with policies and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
