Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to unload merchandise, verify delivery counts, and stock products across the distribution center.

You will use RF scanning and basic computer tools, ensuring safety and accuracy. Teamwork and the ability to read alphanumeric codes quickly are essential; a GED or high school diploma is preferred. Training and growth opportunities are available within a strong promotion-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Must pass a company-standardized test.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Must read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from trailers, containers and trucks.
• Match skid/box counts to delivery docs and note discrepancies.
• Receive, stock, and store product in various locations; use equipment to place product up to ceiling height.
• Research discrepancies and close batches releasing product to inventory.
• Train new team members on DC target training program and document changes.
