Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to support receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of automotive parts. You will use RF scanners and WMS to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory integrity.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, documenting shipments, and maintaining safe, organized work areas in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with automotive parts is a plus; strong attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor return according to policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, racking, and reserve storage areas.
