Job summary

OnTrac in Salt Lake City is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds. You’ll participate in team lifts and stand or walk for long periods, often in varying warehouse temperatures.

Shifts vary (weekend options available). The role offers weekly pay and a $500 seasonal bonus, with potential opportunities beyond the season. Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Repeatedly bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments in a warehouse setting.
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Job description

Location: 1854 S. 5350 W. Salt Lake City, UT 84104

Pay: $17.25/hr WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

• Saturday - Wednesday
• Sunday - Thursday
• Monday - Friday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Wednesday - Sunday
• Thursday - Monday
• Friday - Tuesday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
