Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. in Minooka, IL is hiring a part-time Distribution Center Associate to support inventory accuracy and order processing, including picking, packing, staging and shipping. You will report to a DC Supervisor and operate scanning equipment in a fast-paced environment near 701 Grainger Way.

Must be 18+, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and pass pre-employment checks. PIE operators may require forklift experience and the ability to work overnight shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• PIE operators: ability to operate warehouse vehicles and powered equipment.
• Warehouse experience preferred (18+ months).

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound/outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, packing).
• Ensure correct shipping to meet quality and delivery expectations.
• Meet safety, productivity, and attendance requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe workspace per OSHA guidelines.
