Job summary

Third Coast Distributing, doing business as NAPA Auto Parts, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join its Brady, TX distribution team. You will receive, stock, pick, pack, and prepare inventory for delivery while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse and delivering reliable parts to customers.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires at least one year in a warehouse, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive parts is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Unpacks incoming merchandise shipments from suppliers or returned by customers.
• Pulls all orders for standard customer stock orders, special orders, and the demands of the main counter.
• Ensures proper end processing of customer orders and accurate packaging of products.
• Plan, organize, and load trucks from skids to trucks for delivery to customer.
• Cleans up and disposes boxes, packing material, and pallets, and general housekeeping of facility and specific product line areas.
• Ensure overall cleanliness of the front counter, sales floor, and back areas.
• Follows and adheres to all safety procedures including the handling of hazardous materials.
• Protect self, co-workers, and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance.
• Understand and comply with all Company policies.

About The Role:

As a Warehouse Associate, you play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the right parts when they need them. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing inventory for delivery while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment. Working closely with store and delivery teams, you help support exceptional customer service by ensuring products move accurately and efficiently throughout our distribution network. This position reports directly to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

About You:

The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Atleast 1 year of experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, orsimilar inventory-focused environment.
• Experiencewith inventory management, stocking, or cataloging systems preferred.
• Familiaritywith automotive parts and products is a plus but not required.
• A highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.
• Theability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Apositive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing excellentcustomer service.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Scan,handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequentlylifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting ormoving merchandise up to 60 pounds.
