Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Distribution Center Associate in Oregon. The role involves inbound and outbound warehouse tasks, picking, packing, labeling and maintaining inventory integrity. You will operate scanning equipment and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The position starts at $25/hour with scheduled raises; PIE operators can earn +$1/hour. Benefits include health coverage from day one, PTO, holidays, and a company 401(k) contribution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Able to work in hot/cold/dusty environments.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Warehouse, retail, or customer service experience helpful.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound/outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking and packing products.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet delivery expectations.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment.
• Report to DC Supervisor and collaborate with team.
