Daniels Sharpsmart in Stow, OH is seeking a Loader/Unloader for a physically demanding role in our medical waste transfer station. You will load/unload trucks, handle regulated waste, and prepare orders for transport on a 2nd shift (3PM–11:30PM).

The position is full-time with benefits from day one, with consistent hours and a focus on safety and teamwork. Expect repetitive heavy lifting and dependable, punctual performance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling medical waste and sharps containers.
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using a weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure transports are ready on schedule.
