Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Sherman, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the branch with loading and unloading, using a forklift and overhead crane. This full-time role requires safety awareness and adherence to procedures.

You will inspect materials, assist with inventory updates in the ERP system, maintain a clean work area, and help move inventory between stations. Starting pay is $16.25 per hour with a Monday–Friday 7:30 am–5:00 pm schedule, and eligibility for benefits

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to become certified to operate forklift and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and products safely, accurately and timely.
• Inspect materials, machinery, tools and equipment.

Base pay starts at $16.25 per hour

Shift: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm - Monday through Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse Associates perform material and product loading and unloading activities to support the branch location. In their day‑to‑day duties, they operate a forklift, overhead crane and construction tools.

• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage. Assist co‑workers and customers
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane
