Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Odessa, TX site. The role involves loading/unloading materials, operating a forklift and overhead crane, and supporting inventory and safety processes.

The position requires basic education (HS diploma or GED) and the ability to obtain forklift and crane certifications. Work hours are 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage.
• Assist co-workers and customers.
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas.
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment.

Job Description

JOB DETAIL

Base pay starts at $18.25 per hour

Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Monday - Friday (with potential overtime)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Associates perform material and product loading and unloading activities to support the branch location. In their day-to-day duties, they operate a forklift, overhead crane and construction tools.
