Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Robstown, TX location. The role involves loading/unloading materials, operating a forklift and light manufacturing tools, and supporting inventory in a dynamic branch setting.

You must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and be able to obtain forklift and overhead crane certifications. Excellent reliability and safety focus are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and products safely and accurately.
• Operate forklift and light manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Assist with inventory and daily ERP updates.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist in movement of inventory between workstations.

Base pay rate is $16.25 per hour

Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Monday - Friday (with potential overtime)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Associates are responsible for loading and unloading materials and products to support operations at the branch location. In their day-to-day duties, they operate a forklift, light manufacturing equipment, and construction tools.

• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damageAssist co-workers and customers
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Acombination of education and experience may be qualifying
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane
