Cornerstone Building Brands in Rogers, MN is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift. Base pay is $21.00–$22.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities. Responsibilities include unloading deliveries, picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory, inspecting products, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and basic computer skills. Education should be a high school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience is preferred.

• Inventory management: organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Quality control: inspecting products for defects and damages, ensuring only quality items are shipped.
• Warehouse maintenance: keeping the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
• Documentation: creating and managing invoices, tracking shipments, and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing goods

JOB DETAILS

Base pay rate is $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

1st Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM, Monday - Friday (opportunities for overtime)

• Receiving and Processing Stock: Unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy, and storing items appropriately.
• Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and damages, ensuring only quality items are shipped.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
• Documentation: Creating and managing invoices, tracking shipments, and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing goods

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy items, often requiring the use of equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring orders are processed accurately and inventory is managed correctly.
• Organizational Skills: Efficiently organizing stock and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lifting Capacity - ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mobility - Prolonged periods of time on feet, standing, bending, etc.
• Exposure - Moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
