Job summary

Volt is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Winchester, Virginia, to support inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Be comfortable Unloading and placing incoming inventory items and receiving incoming orders.
• Be comfortable Picking and filling orders from stock, assembling and packaging products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Be comfortable Ensuring orders are shipped accurately and in a timely manner, and examining outgoing shipments
• Be comfortable Keeping the warehouse clean and orderly, and following all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Be comfortable Bending, Twisting, Pulling, Standing for full 8-hour shift.
• Be comfortable with 50 lbs. lifting.
• Be responsible for operating forklifts, unloading trucks, and storing materials safely.
• Be responsible for pulling orders, wrapping/banding materials, and preparing shipments.
• Be responsible for assisting coworkers and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Employment Details

This is a full time, Contract opportunity.

Ideal Candidate

• 1 year Sit Down forklift
• 1 year warehouse shipping and receiving
• Follow task/instructions within a timely manner

Pay

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour.
