Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months of related warehouse experience required
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks), including maintenance and recognizing mechanical issues (intermediate required)
• May be required to operate manual and automated warehouse equipment (intermediate preferred)
• Powered industrial truck certification
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English for safety and work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into WMS systems
• Work overtime as assigned
• Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Flexibility and self-drive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials
• Load and unload trailers, ensure accurate scanning, and assist in training dock employees
• Ensure facility security at end of shift, resolve scanning issues, and maintain housekeeping
• Perform picking and packing duties, check for product damage
• Handle materials as per policies and procedures
• Perform material moves with physical and logical transactions
• Participate in team activities for improvement
• Maintain housekeeping in assigned areas
• Perform other duties as assigned
