Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate - Outbound Picker in Rialto, CA. You will accurately pick outbound orders, use RF scanners, and collaborate with robotics to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and overtime as needed. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour, with a benefits package available to associates.

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support our outbound operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, utilizing RF scanners, and working alongside robotic technology to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently.


• Utilize RF scanners to locate, scan, and track inventory.


• Assist with warehouse robotics and support robotic-assisted picking processes.


• Verify product information and quantities before shipment.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.


• Meet productivity and quality standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift .


• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, and lift throughout the workday.


• Ability to lift and move products as required by the position.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.


• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Dependable attendance and punctuality required.


• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Pay Details:

$17.00 per hour
