Adecco Portugal is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Outbound Picker to support our outbound operations. You will accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and assist with robotic-assisted picking processes.

This role rewards reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with potential overtime to meet business demands, and comprehensive safety protocols in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

Warehouse Associate - Outbound Picker

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Overtime: As needed based on business demands

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support our outbound operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, utilizing RF scanners, and working alongside robotic technology to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize RF scanners to locate, scan, and track inventory.
• Assist with warehouse robotics and support robotic-assisted picking processes.
• Verify product information and quantities before shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move products as required by the position.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
