Adecco currently seeks a DC Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise associates, drive productivity, uphold safety, and ensure accuracy and high service levels.
This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and ongoing process improvement. You will lead labor, monitor KPIs, conduct safety audits, and coordinate with HR, Maintenance, and Training to foster a high-performance culture.
The DC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day warehouse operations . This leader ensures productivity, safety, accuracy, and service‑level expectations are consistently achieved. The role includes supervision of warehouse associates, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, high‑performance work environment.
Oversee all warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and inventory control.
Assign labor and manage workflow to meet daily production goals.
Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates.
Conduct shift huddles, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage attendance, performance feedback, coaching, and corrective action processes.
Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety programs.
Conduct regular safety audits, ensure proper equipment use, and promote a strong safety culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality expectations, and operational standards.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Support implementation of operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.
Maintain clear communication across shifts, departments, and leadership teams.
Prepare and deliver shift reports, performance updates, and elevate issues as needed.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including HR, Maintenance, and Training.
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with WMS systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email).
Ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Experience in high‑volume distribution or e‑commerce fulfillment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise levels, etc.).
