Superior Comfort in Bristol, RI is seeking an experienced warehouse and inventory coordinator with hands-on HVAC knowledge to support parts ordering, stock control, and order fulfillment for service teams.

You will lead warehouse operations, ensure accurate material scrubs, coordinate with vendors, and maintain records using inventory software, contributing to safe, efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• HVAC Parts Ordering— Source, order, and track HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery for service and installation teams.
• Warehouse Operations– Maintain efficient warehouse operations, optimizing space utilization and ensuring timely receipt and distribution ofmaterials.
• Order Fulfillment– Coordinate and oversee order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure on‑time and accurate deliveries.
• Safety & Compliance– Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Equipment Maintenance– Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination– Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of inventory.
• Record Keeping– Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaboration– Work closely with service and installation teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and operational efficiency.
