Superior Comfort Inc., Bristol, RI, is seeking a hands-on Inventory/Parts Specialist with HVAC knowledge to source, scrub, and track equipment and materials for service and installation teams.

You will oversee warehouse operations, organize stock, and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries while upholding safety standards and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• HVAC Parts Ordering— Source, order, and track HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery for service and installation teams.
• Job Scrubbing— Review job packets, installation plans, and service notes to determine all required materials, equipment, and special‑order items.
• Warehouse Operations– Maintain efficient warehouse operations, optimizing space utilization and ensuring timely receipt and distribution ofmaterials.
• Order Fulfillment– Coordinate and oversee order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Safety & Compliance– Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Equipment Maintenance– Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination– Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of inventory.
• Record Keeping– Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaboration– Work closely with service and installation teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and operational efficiency.
